All three. We accept assignments from title companies, escrow officers, lenders, and signing services, and we also work directly with buyers and sellers.
How early do I need to schedule a closing?+
Ideally 24–48 hours ahead of your closing date, but same-day signings are often possible — call as soon as you have docs in hand.
What do borrowers need to bring?+
A valid government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the cashier's check or wire confirmation if your lender requires one at signing.
How quickly do scan-backs and shipped packages arrive?+
Scan-backs the same day, typically within hours of signing. Hard copies ship next business day via the carrier the title company specifies.
Do you handle reverse mortgages and HECM signings?+
Yes — we have extensive experience with reverse mortgage and HECM packages and take extra time to walk seniors through every page.
