Common questions
How far will you travel for a mobile notary appointment?+
We service the greater metro area and surrounding counties. Travel fees may apply outside our standard zone — we'll confirm any fee upfront when you book.
What does a mobile notary cost?+
Pricing depends on the number of signatures and your location. The notarial act itself follows the state-set fee; a separate travel fee covers driving to you. We quote everything before the appointment is confirmed.
Can you come to a hospital, nursing home, or hospice?+
Yes. Bedside signings are one of our most-requested services. We coordinate quietly with staff and family, and we're patient with clients who need extra time.
What do I need to have ready before you arrive?+
The unsigned document(s), a valid government-issued photo ID for every signer, and any required witnesses if the document calls for them. Don't sign before we arrive — the notary must witness it.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?+
Yes. Evenings and weekends are available by appointment. Same-day requests are fit in whenever possible.
